this is julia child in a remix someone created in honor of her 100th birthday...she was an inspiration to those that love to cook and bake...she had a terrific sense of humor...and loved french cooking...so she made it her life's work to help others learn to love it too...  the movie" Julie and Julia" with Amy Adams and Meryl Streep tells much of her  story through the eyes of recipe blogger Julie Powell...  julia child had a great outlook on life...she'd say things like.." Girl's Golf Begins 2012!!

GET READY....GIRL'S GOLF BEGINS AUG. 6, 2012 WITH AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING AT 10:00 AM IN THE COMMONS AT THE HIGH SCHOOL....BE THERE AND GO TIGERS!!!

At long last....

Been away for a while.  Things in the  world of high school golf have been busy.  The boys have played in three tournaments and had several nine hole matches after school.  Each has brought successes and opportunity to learn and grow.  This week is our last conference match and sectional play of which we had one qualifier...Cam.  Our last event as a team will be conference tournament on May 9.  Here's some pics from the last two weeks. The second picture is #18 at our home course, Columbia.  It's a par 3.  The fourth picture is what most players' golf ball looked like if it was in the rough at District play....they don't call it "the rough" for nothing!!!!  Last pic...just a great bunch of guys who happen to play good golf!!!  : )
